At Hire Northwest, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our software optimization and AI integration services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested. We do not offer exchanges.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the initial service agreement signing, provided that the service implementation has not yet begun. Once implementation starts, refunds are not available due to the customized nature of our services.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Services including but not limited to software assessments, training sessions, and completed integrations are non-refundable. Exchanges are not allowed.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at support@hirenorthwest.com with your agreement details. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
5. Exceptions
In cases of service failure due to our error, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion. Such cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.
